Here at Mama Tea H.Q., we are passionate about giving you great service, so the Mama Team pick and dispatch our herbal teas every single working day. If you have any queries about delivery, please email us on info@mamatea.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Delivery times

 

We aim to meet the undernoted delivery times for each region:

• U.K. - within 1-2 working days
• Europe - within 3-7 working days
• U.S. - within 3-7 working days

We try our very best to get your tea mail to you on time, but sometimes parcels get delayed, so if you still haven't received your parcel after 10 working days, please email us on delivery@mamatea.com and we will investigate for you.

Delivery costs

 

We use Royal Mail for our deliveries and at present can send a maximum number of 16 boxes of tea per order.

• U.K. - £5.00 per order up to £15.00. Over £15.00 delivery is FREE.

Sustainablity

 

At Mama Tea, we really care about sustainability and try as much as possible to recycle and re-use our packaging. We are also constantly looking at ways to reduce packaging, so watch this space.

Mama's refund policy

We hope that you enjoy our herbal teas. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your tea, Mama Tea is happy to offer a full refund.
